Nice, but not too expensive, places to eat in Belfast?

Im looking for somewhere to eat, thats nice but dont have to pay out too much for it. It has to be close to odyssey :) suggestion very much appreciated ;) Thankyou in advance!! :D

Nevada Spur on Victoria Square is a cheapish and cheerful steak & grill place. They do superb BBQ ribs and their rib-eye steaks succulent with plenty of fries. Not perfect but an OK kind of place. You also get unlimited refills on soft drinks.
