Arizona Coffee Shop on Lisburn Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland?

Ok, so a bit of a specific question...

Can someone tell me where on the Lisburn Road in Belfast the Arizona coffee shop is?

Coming from the city centre, is it past Roast?

Its on futher up the lisburn road from the city. Past Tesco, and the firestation and even marks and spencer (i think) Its on the left
