I dont care for subway as they seem to lack in items on the sandwiches. Lennys is my favorite. But if I had no choice but subway I would get turkey or chicken on whole wheat with lite mayo bell peppers lettuce and tomato.

6" Subway Club on whole wheat with everything except onions, oil and salt. Chips and a Diet coke.

I've never even seen a subway shop, let alone eaten in one. I live in a little corner of the Uk that has none, and also doesn't have a starbucks, lol.

Meatball Marinara with honey mustard dressing ALWAYS tops my list. Each bite gives you a delicious mouthful of hot and tasty beef (or pork depending on where you are) and a wicked hint of sweetness that definately leaves you with an immensley satisfied feeling.

steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato, red onion, green peppers, jalapenos, olives, southwest sauce and salt and pepper!!!! really scrummy but if subway is closed have a chicken omlette from fairwood chinese well done with breastmeat only with chips and portion of gravy sauce
